LEJOE confirms Botho -a sesotho way of saying ”you are who you are because of other people.” It is a ritual performed as a Passover/last word of ’good bye’ at the grave. An African Actress comes to London and fight for a lead role in a British play.  But her rehearsals dissolve into potholes as her life gets plagued by the guilt of missing her father’s funeral back home. When she confronts the realities of being African, and admit her guilt and love for her father, her thoughts are redeemed and give a creative remedy to a ghost that almost got her career dream-role in gutters
